We have been coming here for years today we came in for a small cheese pizza and some drinks . Non alcoholic beverages btw . The pizza is fresh and delicious. The owner is super nice . It's definitely a welcoming vibe . They have metered parking or a metered parking lot close so parking is not an issue .
My go to place for pizza. The owner works hard. English is a second language so he is short on small talk. The chairs and tables are Ozzie and Harriet era furniture. Focus on the food for take-out
I noticed there was there was some words that wasn't meant to be there. I didn't feel was treated badly but was welcomed. Also we laughed about the language differences. We would go back.
I grew up in Newton and Newton Centre Town Pizza has been a mainstay for at least 35 years (maybe even more). I absolutely love their pizza and the chicken cutlet subs are my favorite (lettuce, tomato, light mayo). The two gentlemen who own the shop are super nice and always engaging. It definitely has an old-school feel to it, too. I'm never disappointed with their food!
The garden salad with grilled chicken is tasty. The chicken pieces are giant. It comes with iceberg lettuce, and sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and carrot. The Greek salad dressing is yum. As good as it gets!
Good place, I get it for lunch often. Not sure why they put tomatoes and onions on Caesar salads as standard practice... I regularly have to ask them to not put them on it. Have never seen a place do that before! Pizza is typical greek type pizza and it's usually ready quick enough. Store clean, staff friendly... more or less your average town greek pizza shop!
